BG33 Price Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using

1. Introduction & Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the operator of the BG33 Price platform and you (the user). By accessing or using the BG33 Price website, mobile version, or any related services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If BG33 Price has reason to doubt a user's age, additional verification documents may be requested. Until verification is complete, the account and all associated funds may be temporarily frozen.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on BG33 Price:

• Minimum deposit is ৳100 (bKash/Nagad) and minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your balance within 2 minutes. If there is any delay, please contact support.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit (where applicable).
• In cases of suspicious transactions, BG33 Price may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
• Large withdrawals may require additional verification for anti-money laundering purposes.

5. Betting Rules & Settlement

The following rules apply to all betting activity on BG33 Price:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature is available).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BG33 Price reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be refunded.
• If a match is rescheduled and takes place within 36 hours of the original time, the original bet stands; otherwise, it will be voided.
• Official results from internationally recognized sports governing bodies are used to settle all outcomes.
• Any betting fraud or match-fixing activity, if detected, will result in the forfeiture of all winnings and legal action will be taken.

6. Bonus & Promotion Policy

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

7. Prohibited Activities

• If there has been no activity on the account for an extended period (more than 365 days).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or self-restriction).

BG33 Price will notify you by email or SMS before closing your account. Closure without prior notice only applies in cases of serious Terms & Conditions violations.
